Happy Friday!

Good afternoon!!! Today I have not been very productive. Once again....it is cold and drizzly outside! You would think we lived in Oregon or something!LOL
A friend of mine asked me to make a birthday card for her daughter to give away to a friend. She said she really likes the color yellow. So...I put my thinking cap on and came up with this card:
