God is Only a Prayer Away

Just a simple card today. I have some time off before going into work this afternoon, so I thought I'd share a card with you.
Haven't had the time to make too many cards lately, so when I do...it's a treat!

Thanks for stopping by!
Have a blessed Wednesday!

My $4 Wreath

Simple but sweet is what I call it. I picked up this star wreath at the thrift store the other day for $2! I really liked it's unique shape and little red berries.

I found this burlap wired ribbon and WalMart and fell in love with it. I have used this stuff on so many projects!

Put together they look like this:

I now have it hanging on my front porch. It's simple, but I like it.

Have a great day~~~

Is this a "Grate" idea...or what!?

Hey there!!! I am BACK!! I've been missing in action since before the holidays. With work, family, projects, I haven't had much "me" time. :( I really miss that.  I've been up since early this morning, so I've had some "me" time today...but will getting ready for work soon....so I better hurry!!! he, he!

I found these huge, decorative cheese graters the other day and when I saw them...my head started spinning!! My hubby thought I was crazy when I said..."I want them all!!"

Now of course they cannot be used to grate cheese, but they are pretty cute and practical in other ways:

1. Hang jewerly...or little reminders:

2. Keep in the kitchen to display a recipe card:

The possibilites are endless!! What would you do with a giant cheese grater?

Thanks for stopping in today, have a wonderful Wednesday!
