Welcoming Fall with some Handmade Cards

Happy Tuesday!! You know, I used to create cards on a regular basis. I was a stay-at-home wife and Mom and made cards for many Digi Stamp companies. I would also create cards to sell at a near by craft store. Then about 4 yrs ago, my last chick-a-dee flew the nest and I went back to work.
I LOVE my job, I really do! But some days, I miss my leisurely days of getting up, having a cup of coffee, putting some clothes to wash, and then pulling out my craft supplies to create the day away!

These are some cards that I have created in the past few weeks:

Card Details: Digi Stamp Image by ALL THAT SCRAPS, Patterned Paper: The Paper Studio,
"Hello!" stamp-Studio G, Ink: Staz-On

Card Details: Digi Image: Unknown, I will have to look up and link later, Happy Halloween Stamp: Studio G, Web Border Punch: Martha Stewart, Patterned Paper: The Paper Studio scraps

Happy to be doing what I love!!!

To make this..I spray painted the lid of a Starbucks Frap bottle...I love these cold drinks!

"Spider Eggs" to enjoy!

Yes, Spider Eggs!!! Not real ones of course, but yummy ones!!! I saw this idea on another blog "Happy Little Art", but I didn't have the test tubes that she put her "eggs"  in. But I did have these cute little jars. I bought them several years ago and a thrift store and have used them to store buttons, pins, etc.
I had about 10 of them left and thought they'd be perfect for my "Spider Eggs". The lids were originally gold, but I changed that with my good ol' spray paint!!!
Here they are:

Don't mind the little "glue webs"...I'll just say they add character!LOL

I am off to work on my Meljen's Designs creation so check back soon!
Have a wonderful day!

Halloween Jars and Gift Bags

HI there!! Happy Thursday!!!!
Today I'd like to share some jars and gift bags that I made this week. The jars were actually left over from some Teacher Appreciation gifts I made. I spray painted the lids black. Found some cute vintage images online and added stickles to make them sparkle. Then tied on a bow, chalk, felt and glued a glittery spider to the lid.
Here they are:

And here are the gift bags I used with some of the same vintage images.
I found these bags at the dollar store!!
I added my image, ribbon, and some silver star garland. I love using this stuff!!!

Thanks for visiting today! Have a great Thursday!!!

Halloween Treats

Good morning!!! All week I'd like to show you some halloween treats....not tricks! that I've been working on. Today  I will begin with these goodie bags. I found these adorable mini soda cans at WalMart. The 7up cans have a cute Frankenstein face on them. The Sunkist drinks have a cute pumpkin face on them, and both change colors when chilled!!! So fun!!!! I just had to buy some and make some fun goodie bags. I've included a mini bag of microwave popcorn and some candy. I finished these off with a cute bow and some adorable tags by Whimsie Doodles.

And here's the whole bunch:

I think these are so fun and cute! What a great gift for a friend, coworker, teacher or child!
Thanks for visiting today! Tomorrow, I will show you some cute candy bars I made!!!

Have a blessed Tuesday!!
