Whew! I am running so behind today. As I explained to Melissa and Dee, I have just been so overwhelmed with life! April has not been a very good month! So happy to say goodbye to it! LOL
Today's challenge over at Meljen's Designs is Ovals! This was a REAL challenge for me because I own 1 set of ovals! I know this is hard to believe since I've been scrapbooking for many, many years and cardmaking for very long time too! I did try to purchase the regular ovals many times with no success.
Okay..enough rambling..here's my card:

Now..I also want to share a sad, but funny story with you. I got up at 2:30 am to let our kitty out to go "do it's business", at 3am I awoke and remembered I needed to let her back in. I go to our back door to look for her and see what I think is our chocolate lab by the door. I was just about to let her back in when Holly, our lab walks up behind me! I was half asleep..I took a closer look at the lab out there and realized it was a stranger. So, I got my son to go out there with me for a closer look. He was a sweet black lab. He is thin, dirty and is limping just a bit. So, 2 things might have happen. He fell out of someone's truck, or someone dropped him off.
I have notified the local shelter and vet, just in case his owner is looking for him.

Cute card, Audrey! That's a draling image! Beautiful dog that found you! I hope he gets back with his owner soon.
That is a pretty dog. So glad he found a loving home that would look out for him.
AWWW! He looks like he belongs there..lol. Poor babe. I hope he is just lost and his family will find him soon!
